Glenn Robinson - DC & Co owner. Joint head of client services. When not watching his two sons play football, talking about football (or his family) or thinking about it (or his family), works with studio, third party suppliers and clients to ensure projects are on brief and on time (like his family).
Career spans agency and client side sales and marketing directorial roles. Recently found asking a statue about its brand profile. "Demanding task master meets straight talking marketer. Sports nous inc (thinks he)".
Steve Watts - DC & Co Director. Joint head of client services. Serious keep fit nut, whose life goal is to beat fellow Director at squash, tennis, football, in fact at anything! Recently became proud father of Cameron, Steve works at the speed of light and has the ability to do at least 5 things at once! (he says).
He works with studio, third party suppliers and clients to ensure projects are on brief, under budget and on time. Career spans leisure clubs, a fleeting football career and various entrepreneurial marketing directorial roles. Steve was recently asked by Hello magazine if he regrets anything in his life, but he didn't have time to answer!. "Ultra fast talking, sports freak meets lover of all things family, Chelsea and profit".
David Cowap - DC & Co Art Director. Head of studio services. Works with creatives to ensure projects are relevant to brief, practical and on budget. His 25 + year career spans agency design, artwork and marketing. Golf and horse racing maniac who has obviously got too much money and time, and more friends than Hugh Hefner. Not that he's OCD, but he opens and shuts all the wardrobe doors every night before retiring. Seventeen times.
"Laid back out-of-the box thinker meets failed pro-golfer".
Nick Green - DC & Co Lead Copywriter. Career spans creative, editorial, advertising, re-branding, 2 D and online (SEO included) copy on niche, national and international accounts that include Vodaphone, Adobe, Sky TV, Centrica, Motorola, Addecco, Panasonic UK, Nokia-Siemens, Mercedes and Plantronics. Not that he likes to name names. Is unaware that people think he likes to make a statement with his un-coordinated wardrobe. In fact is indifferent to sartorial detail. Tends to lose girlfriends and wives but later finds them in washed duvet covers with five million odd socks he claims he has never seen before. "Philologer. Corporate Poet. Baklawa enthusiast".
Adam Clark - DC & Co Lead Web Developer. Claims agency and client side background in branding, marketing and web. Marketing Degree (yeah, right!), CIM Member, and Member of the Guild of Accessible Web Designers. Typical wise-cracking techno-geek. Needs to get out more. And then get out more. "Strategic mind-set meets geeky-thinking in a user-friendly bundle".
Wayne Smith - DC & Co Designer - ex Zimbabwean, naturalised (but clearly not neutered) Brit: recently became a father (ouch). Messiest person on the planet. Eats for England (now), but slim as a whippet in a wind tunnel. Great guy and reliable creative who has been with us since the dawn of time. Superb illustrator and freehand scribbler.
Myles Chalmers - DC & Co Designer - ex-Zimbabwean (no - really?). Recently married (ouch). Tidiest person on the planet. Meticulous to the point of being anally retentive. Wears pink tutu whenever he can. Brilliant brand and corporate guideline developer.
David Warner - DC & Co Designer - Not remotely Ex-Zimbabwean. Incessant talker. Puts up with the messiest, tidiest and most ex Zimbabwean people in the world in the studio. Cool designer and typography specialist with an abhorrence of unrolling tape guns.
Annette Beattie - DC & Co Financial Controller - ex-Zimfitnessenthusiastwean.
When it comes to money chasing La Madame Beattie is a Rotweiller.
Be warned. Sparkling personality and perfect body. Highly motivated team member. Bowls fairly well too.
Robert Read - DC & Co Resident Zimphotographer, shutter-bug, lens manwean.
Ex property magnate who loves the stock market (erm . . .). Likes the odd lunch and 'an even deal'. Spends spare time trying to find the 'golden rainbow' (whatever that is).
